Lightning flashed across the sky. A mournful sound went out into the night. In the cemetery was an older woman with her daughter. The young girl was crying, while the mother stood with pain in her heart. She spoke a song the girl, who cried harder at the words. The oman stroked her daughter's back, holding her. "These things happen," the mother explained to her daughter, who nodded. "It is never easy to let go, Ara. I know," the mother said trying to calm the girl. The mother sings the the crying girl, this song. Slowly, the girl quieted, but her pain remained. "I know it hurts," said the mother, "it always will. But you'll always have the memories." The girl smiled, nodding. She looked at the gravestone before them and wiped away some tears. The stone read: Here lies Alphonse Lyte, loving son and a true legend in his own way. Even in death, he will smile upon us.The mother, easily revealed to be Roxas kept her daughter in a gentle embrace as the stars shone above them.

This song can be heard on an Ocarina. Shadow is standing by a different grave, and happened to overhear Roxas and Siara. "The flow of time is cruel," he says, his wisdom tone sounding bitter. "One day it gives you a bountiful gift. Another day it takes it away. The only joy in this cruelty is the memory of younger days. That which came from dust will eventually return to it."

Siara hears Shadows words and buries her head in him mother's front. Roxas sighs, knowing what he said to be true. "Life is harsh," she said quietly. "It gives and takes away. Whoever first said that life is a bitch has my respect," she joked and Siara chuckled lightly.

"And mine," says Shadow, seriously.
He walks over to them, and reads the grave.
"A good boy," he remarks. "An excellent student, to boot. A shame that what happened to him did."

Roxas nodded. "Always thought that I'd be the first to loose my fif instead of one of my pups. I'm surprised Dae hasn't came up yet. He's probably on his way, though. He took it the worst, I believe. After all, they were inseparable until recently." Siara looked at her mother. "Why did you think it would be you who died first, mom? Roxas stays silent, the guilt in her eyes easily seen. She regretted a lot, and always had thought that, for her actions when she was younger, she would be killed long before now.

"You'll understand when you're older, Ara," says Shadow, with an understanding nod to Roxas. "Understanding comes better with time than with immediate explanations."

Roxas nodded. Siara looked at them both and looked at the sky after a moment. Something in Siara caused an immediate bloodlust spike, and she trembled. Roxas watched Siara, silently trying to figure what was wrong. "Siara?" she asked, and er daughter shook her head once, as if to clear it. She looked at her mother. "I'm okay, mom," she lied, knowing her bloodlust had increased badly. Roxas watched her daughter hard. She knew bloodlust was painful to hold inside, but it didn't stop, even if one was to kill to end the pain.

Shadow touches two fingers to Siara's forehead. Anger, grief, sorrow, rage. All these burned forth.
"Desire for vengeance," he says under his breath, so Siara can't hear.
He has some advice for her concerning it, but decides it would be best to keep it to himself for now.

Roxas watched Shadow, not sure if it was wise for him to do that. Siara growled and swiped at Shadow's hand, much like a lion cub would when trying to get its mother to stop "messing up their mane." She backed up, distress in her eyes for a moment. Roxas let Siara go, letting the girl push down the factor Shadow had touched her. Roxas looks at Shadow. "Watch it, Siara's not a touchy person to many," she warned quietly.
Lightning cracked in the sky, and Siara only watched it. In her eyes showed the beast her soul was, but it still seemed to know. [perhaps, soon, Siara will meet him, Roxas wondered and watched Siara, who backed up another step, shaking her head much like a upset horse would when spooked.
"Siara, calm down," Roxas said gently, and she easily heard the roar of the beast behind Siara's purple eyes.

Shadow hears the thunder, sees the lightning, feels the rain, and takes out his Ocarina. He then begins to play this song. It is a calming melody, and yet, as he plays, the song seems be heard not only from the Ocarina, but also from the rain, from the clouds, and snatches can be heard in the thunder.

A flash of lightning hit again and the light seemed to shine at a girl, Yuuki to be precice, standing at a grave that had a name that was hard to read. At the moment the lightning struck a memory came to her. It was when she was 3, she had come here for a loved ones death day.

Siara hissed at the rain and backed up under a tree. She had a wish to run away.
After all, it had been her fault Alphonse had died. If not for Siara falling on a ledge a week ago when hiking, he wouldn't have put his life in danger by pulling her up, causing himself to fall. Siara's dark side came out then, and it was completely against her. She had thrown her brother to his death, and she refused to forgive herself.
Roxas watched the rain and caught sight of Yuuki. She walked up to her and smiled. "You alright?" she asked.

Shadow stops playing and sees Yuuki.
"Hey, Yuuki," he says.
Looking in Siara's eyes, Shadow saw a pain he knew all too well. That same pain had plagued his heart for so long, when he was forced to slay his beloved (not Roxas) so long ago. He, like her, was unable to forgive himself, and downright refused to allow the Sovereign to wipe the sin from his record.
{You would wrong me were you to do that,} he had said. {If you are as compassionate and merciful as you are credited to be, then you will let me find the way to wipe it myself.}

Yuuki didn't agnolage those who were talking to her. She couldn't hear them when she was remembering. A small tear ran down her face as she muttered a word that was the dead persons name though she didn't quiet understand what it ment, "mom?" Yuuki came back from her memory flash and fell to her knees and tryed to make the words on the stone visible. She wanted to know who this "mom" was.

Roxas walked near Yuuki, listening closely.
Siara looked back at shadow and turned her head in disgrace. sometimes it is easier to run away, she thought with a tear sliding down her cheek. But I couldn't do that to Mom. She doesn't act like it hurts her, but it really is eating her out inside that Al's gone. Reflected in her eyes seemed to be a want to make things right, But she coud never set them back again.
"Am I missing anything?" a voice asked. Walking towards shadow and Roxas was Daemien. He caugh sight of Siara and frowned sadly. "I know it hurts, sis, but it's not your fault," he said to her, hugging his sister to his chest in a strong embrace. "Why don't you head to see Marty? He might help you better than any of us can," he offered and smiled. Siara nodded, smiling before heading towards the forest.
"Hey Dad," Dae said to shadow with a smile. It had been quite some time since they had seen each other. Even if it wasn't for the best of intentions that they met again, but it was at least a relief that the other was still alive.

Shadow nods to his adopted son. Before Siara breaks eye contact with him, she can see the same pain in Shadow's eyes that is in her own, along with a glance that meant plain and simple, I know how you feel.

Yuuki had gotten the date of death scatched off but the name seemed to not come clear. Yuuki tryed harded in hopes to find out who this "mom" is. She remembered a man standing next to her. Unfamiliar to her now and she hopes he will remain that way. She saw a glims of haterid in his eyes as she visited the grave. She was afraid to find out about what happened to her after the visit. She continued to scrape as very few letters came to veiw. this is what it looked like: i188.photobucket.com/albums/z204/MoonAlchemist/untitled.jpg

Roxas watched Yuuki with a silent nod.
Dae watched Siara leave, knowing somehow that, in time, things would heal. "Wish this could have been for a happier time," he commented. Roxas looks towards Dae and smiled at him. Dae then turns to the raining night.
"Somehow, this seems appropriate. Al loved the rain."

Shadow nods.
"I remember catching him out in a downpour just playing around like it wasn't raining," he says, chuckling to himself.

She finally got the name visible for people to see. The name was: Kikuno Nekogami. Yuuki sat there and tryed to remember Kikuno but there were no memorys coming to her. Tears began to fall from her eyes. She began to relize the pain of her loss. She made no sound to let those around her know her pain but she knew at some point someone would be able to tell.
