The walking of a sprit

[Damek]

Damek walkes down a lonely Path in the forrest, the wind starts to blow showing only bare expression on Damek's evil face. His long green hair blows long against his face as the trees burrow the shadow's of the shade "It is getting dark." Damek thought to himself as he continued to walk. "Going to set up camp soon, Might be able to get one more chance at catching a victim to my evil acts." Damek said, still walking.

"Brother... It's been too long"

A thud and the crunching of twigs beneath an an average female body split the still night air. Straightening herself Terra stood after landing on her feet from the branches above. Even after several years the scent her brother had and that uneasiness aura still flowed from him like burning steam from scorching hot water - unpleasant. His unique green hair though was what gave it all away. Before he left home, Terra was there when he made his decision to hide his beautifully natural hair color. She and him were never on good terms and had fought constantly when they were young about their different views of things they considered " right and wrong". What made him leave was back then far beyond what her mind could have comprehended.

Now standing before him Terra could see just how much changed about her older brother. The wind has tossed his hair about, giving him an even more eerie sense that sent a slight cold chill down her spine, the dead leaves that swirled around him that had fallen from the now bare trees only made it more so.

"Welcome back."

Because of their past fights, there was not much joy in her tone. She knew back then that he saw the world for it's dark side and nothing else - it was even more obvious through the way they mistreated each other. But through all their fights their family ties still bound her to her elder brother that just refused her to turn from family. Her brother was back from so long and who knows where that she was not going to pass up this chance to speak with him.

Damek just stared watching as she appeared from the shadow's, Damek could remenber every step with her constantly watching her as his mother work full time job. "Long time no see sis. How long has it been you little runt, I guess mom could never teach you right from wronge always thinking the wronge way diffent from me...? I guess you can see I still have this handsome green hair. So, I can see you have that blue hair. Somday I will show you the way of evil in my eyes." Damek looked as the sun shifted, soon almost over the mountain.

Little runt....

That 'title' left a horrible taste on her tongue that she wanted to spit back at her older brother's toes. Even after all of these years he seemed to think of her as no less than the virtual dust under his feet.

"So I've noticed."

She said as she eyed his familiar hair style before her eyes returned to his own. Her wolf ears flickered as they searched the area for sound in case they weren't alone - the forest was usually chocked full of Xana's creations. The sun started to set in this virtual world and the shadows started to extend from the bases of the trees - slowly casting the forest into the darkness of the night. Greatful that her wolf eyes allowed her to see in the dark, Terra pushed to continue their conversation certain that her brother was up to something. What reason would he be here on Lyoko? The questions poured from her mouth like liquid - one right after another.

"Where have you been? What have you been up to....?"

Damek laughed to himself for a second "I have been in jail for 3 days, and I left the retched town. you should have done the same I could have taught you so many evil things." Damek looks around at the simply changed sister as the sun went over the mountain it started to get dark the virtual world was beautiful. he heard the X.A.N.A creature's moving around.

Damek in Jail?

She thought with some what surprise. She never thought he would be that stupid enough to wind up there.

Not too far off she heard the crunching and movements through the branches - a slight skuttleing as whatever they were about to meet came nearer. Frowning in thought, Terra opened her clawed right hand and a kunai materialized in her hand. It was a bold and stupid move, but she threw that dagger blindly into the darkness of the woods hoping that it would be a direct hit. She stood there for a short while, waiting for more sounds. But none came to her sharp ears so she shrugged it off and turned to her brother once more.

"Even if you'd try to drag me to your 'evil ways' you should know I aint that stupid nor easily swayed."

Damek looked around though to his surprise the crunching stoped and all was well again though he heard what she said earlyer. "Come on little sis, won't you do it for your older bro I mean come on you can see me more often like old times sake." Damek smiled as his sharp white teeth showed no surprise he was not joking he really wanted more time with her. "This isn't the way Mother taught you huh not to listen to a elder that old hag always had good cooking but no good sense I should have took her out when i had the chance. Sis I will come back to the house one day but be in well mind I will not fall for your stupid games of trying to get me to come back and move back in. You have should me well that you are not the annoying runt you used to be just keep in well mind I will see you somtime there on we can talk in the house without Mother around just look and remenber this convy." Damek didn't want anymore to say so he jump away out of Lyoko into the real world.

Terra listened more to her brother as he spat more distasteful things about their family. A lot of comments to shoot back at him streamed through her mind but she bit her tongue and kept silent. It wasn't their mother's fault he turned out this way, he made these choices all his own and now he seemed to be making a useless attempt to drag her onto that side as well. It made her stomach churn and she almost threw up at the very idea, but hurling in a virtual world would mean actually doing it within the scanner and probably risking the chance of getting it on her clothes - just plain ew.

However, to her luck her brother disappeared after his final words back to reality and considering she had been in Lyoko long enough to attract any attention from Xana's creations, Terra thought it would have been better just to find Kris and get out of here. Quickly, she ran into the direction she had left him and planned on returning home.
