Marty finished his smoke and flicked the cigarette away.

She laid down on the bed, a bit tense at first, but she eventually calmed.
"You shouldn't smoke on hospital grounds," a quiet voice said as her shoes tapped against the concrete. "It's not healthy for anyone coming in or out of the emercy ward."

She looked at him as he rubbed her head, raising a brow. "Why do you do that?" she asked, nuzzling into his palm.
"I don't live in Lyoko," she said quietly as she stopped walking watching him curiously. "I just wanted to tell you about how your actions can hurt others here."

"... I guess so." She snuggled closer into his warmth, sighing softly.
Angel watched Marty curiously. "What do you mean?" she asked. "I'm not here to cause any harm. I just want to enforce the rules."

"I must make sure no-one is out of line. School policy does need enforced." She looked up toward the sky. "After all, if I don't do something, no one will."
The wolf-girl let a tiny grunt out as she drew closer, relaxing in his arms. "You're still trying to charm me into going out with you, aren't you?" she asked with a small smile.

"No.. not really, but I'm still not going out with out this easy."
The white-haired girl gave a quiet hum before she approached him. "Because," she said with s simple tilt her head, "I'm fighting for a better future. I don't want to die again."

She squeaked at his words. "N-no! Don't-" she was cut off as he tickled at her, making the usually quiet girl laugh loudly.
Angel nodded lightly. "I die in the future, when you warriors destroy XANA. I don't want that to happen, not again. I took a chance and wanted to try to live this time. Even if I don't, it was nice to re-live school again." She looked his way, then tiled her head. "Why? Is there a problem with it?"

Ash kept tickling her. "Whats that roxie i cant hear you." He smiled.
Marty dropped his arms. "There wasn't a...How?" he rubbed his head.

"It caused a power outage when I was in surgery. I needed a new heart." She lightly put a hand over her chest. "It made me flatline, and it almost killed me. I was too scared to go under another surgery until I could do something about this. XANA promised me his help if I gave him my support."
The wolf girl squirmed, trying to get away. "Ash! S-stop it!" she giggled, tears forming in her eyes.

Ash stopped and wrapped his arms around her squeezing her.
Marty shook his head. "He promised me protection from my past." He closed his eyes and saw a burning house. "I know you think he's the only way but he isn't." He opens his eyes and looked at her.

Rox laughed and pressed her forehead to his, her arms going around his neck as she kissed his lips softly. She didn't even realize she'd done it until a moment later, and she blushed hard, looking away.
The girl blinked at Marty. "No, I know there's other ways, but this was the simplest. He promised that as long as I don't let you or your friends take him down, he'll ensure I don't die in the future."
