History:

Haxx has a very varied past. He began life in Russia, stepping straight into his fathers footsteps by becoming involved in activities frowned upon by authorities. He learnt all the tricks of the trade, from concealing items to conventional lock picking and more besides. He took an interest in all manner of technology, but his friends and family did not approve of his ambitions. He spent many of his young teenage years experimenting in his spare time with electronics and software and finding their applications for the family business.

He succeeded. His assistance became so valuable to his father and his associates they formally allowed him into their organization. One of his many exploits was manipulating a rival outfit’s computer system to allow them access to not only their warehouse, but collect huge amounts of evidence which subsequently found all members of the opposing force arrested, blackmailed or ‘removed’ from business. This is where he gained his codename. He was the most promising youth of his time within the organization.

Haxx became a victim of his own success. Not long after his 16th birthday he was arrested, using information which could have only been known by his closest colleagues. He was given a jail sentence, and with his father’s outfit in disarray it seemed unlikely he would ever be freed or bailed out. The list of his accused crimes went on for pages, though the ones they managed to charge him with were a much shorter list. It was looking bleak for Haxx.

It was then the prison suffered a catastrophic failure in their computer systems. It is suspected Haxx somehow got access to the system, then using it to perform one of the most flawless escapes ever recorded. The electronic lock on his cell door short circuited, opening and allowing him to escape. Cameras within the cell block went down, and presumably just moments after his escape, a power cut triggered the emergency lock down, causing chaos. His records were erased, and technicians still had no idea how the youth accessed their system. The truth was he didn’t.

Someone, or something, had freed him.

Personality:

“Haxx” as he is known can appear strangely light-hearted considering the darker nature of his associates. He has a strange confidence in everything he does, any undeniably positive attitude that he will pull through whatever problems he faces. No problem is too big for Haxx. It just might take a while to solve it. His intelligence is one of his best assets, although his knowledge is practical and learnt from experience, not study. He knows how to achieve things with what he has, a trait he learnt from his colourful past.

He seems to revel in the dark and insidious nature he is given by association, although sometimes it is easy to wonder how he might have been without becoming involved. It is obvious that Haxx does not have a zealous dedication to Xana, yet follows his instructions unquestioningly. Haxx is essentially a soldier, and a good one at that. Unconventional solutions to unconventional problems is what Haxx lives for.

Lyoko Appearence:

Haxx’s Lyoko appearance is essentially his regular one, the only difference is his clothing. It becomes a black flowing attire, a more combat appropriate suit below it. Upon the back of his coat and his chest are the symbols of his allegiance, clearly marking him as a servant of Xana.

Lyoko Weapons:

Haxx’s weapons on Lyoko are two large blades mounted on his forearms which he is very skilled at using. When not being used they are slotted back to run behind his arms, ready to be flipped and locked ready for combat at a moments notice.

He does not seem to enjoy engaging in toe to toe combat, but as he is willing to prove it is hardly because he cannot do it. In fact, it might be a blessing he usually uses his minions for combat…

Lyoko Powers:

Virtualise Aid (up to three):

Haxx has been given one major strength by his ally from the shadows: the ability to call aid to his side. The major function of his abilities is to call reinforcements to his side. He can Virtualise up to three of Xana’s creatures to assist him, their code altered by Haxx with improved AI and combat effectiveness. They are hardly invincible, but compared to their regular counterparts they are unbelievably difficult to deal with.

Another minor use of this power is to call his Lyoko weapons to his side, and perform feats that would usually require assistance from the factory with direct intervention from his coded commander. Because ‘Virtualising aid’ is such a versatile ability, it covers all three of his Lyoko abilities (one for each creature he can call)

Lyoko Vehicle:

He prefers to be Virtualised as close to his destination as possible with the aid of his support, but when this is not possible he uses his own Flying Manta.
