Sitting back slowly from the edge of the creek, my face still dripping wet from washing my face I sighed. The young man that had such a strange dress, wearing face paint seamed so much more normal sat there. Hair flowing down his back and not face paint in sight. My scarf and jacket sat folded beside me.
Taking my gloves off and putting them between my jacket and scarf folded on top of one another. My attention turned to the makeshift bandage at was tied around my arm, it was close to the shoulder that got hit on Lyoko the first time I went there. I couldn't help but think it must be 'lucky' since its always that area that gets aimed for. Blood was soaking through the bandage and seeing this I let out a sigh taking out another strip of material and carefully ting it round. Cursing under my breath as I did.
Laying down on the grass putting my unharmed arm behind my head, thought my long hair and my other arm across my torso I closed my eyes. Most people would not notice it was me without the scarf and jacket, Then most importantly markings on my face to recognize me by. Letting out a sigh I thought about what happened, and if I should tell anyone. Mainly Roxas.

Roxas laid on the grass across the creek, not wanting to get up because of the wound in her hip from lyoko. She liked just staying still while in pain, but she thought softly of what to do. She took no notice to Kris, her eyes shut. That megatank had done some damage... and she'd never felt that power of pain just from lyoko. She wanted to go home to sleep, but out here was as far as she had made it.

My amethyst eyes looked to Roxas. Sitting up my long hair fell down my back "Roxanne?" I quietly asked, going to her side and standing over her. I dropped my jacket and scarf bundle. A small smile on my face as I sat by her. It was unheard of for me to have no markings on my face "how's your hip feeling?" I asked sounding concerned still, but 'She is my sister, I do have the right to be worried.' was exactly what I told myself.

Roxas didn't respond for a short while, trying to make her body's energy die down as much as she could to make herself fall asleep. WHen it failed, she winced as she forced herself to sit up. "I'm alright. It's just sore... What'd you do to the paint, Kris?" she asked, her eyes focusing on him. She hadn't bled through her pants yet, and prayed that she wouldn't. But, she even knew it was unwise for her to be out at this time of night with pup. SHe sat indian style and rubbed her hip. "Stings, but I'm okay. What about you?" she asked him.

Glancing at the injury bandaged on my arm I looked back at her smiling "I'll be fine, more worried about you... I thought you got hit harder than I did though." As I spoke my other hand went to hide the bandage slightly. I would never show myself to be hurt, and I would not admit it if I was with anyone else.
I smiled at the comment about my face paint and looked up at her "Well I don't need to hide from you do I? I thought you would like to see my face unhidden." The question was more rhetorical, but I spoke with confidence in myself, letting my accent show it's full colours as I would not let it with anyone else. I also noticed that Roxas was having a hard, painful time moving around, and my eyes focused on her hip where I saw her get hit "You -sure- your hip is alright?" I asked, sounding concerned for her. Sitting right by her side I could tell how much discomfort she was in, even if she said nothing.

Roxas let out a slight laugh at Kris when he said he had no reason to hide from her. "That's true. And please don't worry. I'm just needing to get me strength back before I try to leave." she said to him, eyes watching the stars now. She honestly was waiting out for Ryuuk or someone with a good lot of strength to come up. A few wolves were watching her with eyes of the lykanic type, which only made her feel a bit nervous...

My eyes followed Roxas' to the stars. I sat back by her side watching them and sighed, letting myself fall to a laid down position on the grass, my amethyst eyes reflecting the light of the starry sky as I watched it. It seamed without the face paint on instead of it attracting to my face it was rather the strong and somewhat rare colour of my eyes.
All went quiet as we both looked up at the stars, until a gust of wind made the close by trees shiver. I glanced to Roxas, going to say something before stopping. Closing my eyes. The pain from my wounds was hard to ignore and taking a sharp breath to try and dull it a little, I opened one eye that was half hidden by my hair and noticed blood soaked through the bandage, clearly tied to lose to stop the bleeding but who could to better one-handed? It was on the other side of what Roxas could see and I chose to ignore it for now. Looking over at her, with a small smirk I laid next to her. Silent.

Roxas listened to the wind and quietly turned to the eyes again, a deep in-peace look in her eyes shown out. Maybe she was just paranoid... but it seemed much more real to believe in some tales of the Vampires than in demons. But she knew both to be real, but they weren't as told in older stories. With fantasy, there is always some truth.

Sitting up my eyes turned to Roxas. I noticed how quietly deep in thought she was. It gave me the chance to speak ”Roxanne?” I quietly asked, I sighed, not knowing how to word exactly what I wanted to say. As I tried to think it over I used my hand to cover the blood soaked bandage on my arm, mainly in a attempt to cover up the injury from sight.
My half hidden eyes wondered to the water as I finally got the courage to speak up once more. I had no idea how Roxas was going to react. ”Rox... I never... Never care for anyone as much as I care for you” Anyone who had just heard him say that with no experience of that happened prior to it would probably thing I loved her. And that I did. ”You’re my sister Roxanne, I don’t care what happens to me I just want the best for you.”
A slight blush came to my face, it would have been hidden by my face paint but since I had none on it was somewhat more obvious. My jacket and scarf still lay neatly folded beside the both of us. I was worried about Roxas’ response and turned my focus over onto my left side where the bloody bandage remained half hidden by my hand. Attempting to tie it a little tighter it take the attention on the eternal moments wait for Roxas to reply.

Roxas jumped when she heard Kris. "Y-yeah?" she stuttered a bit, caught off guard. She smiled and blushed in embarrassment. sHe lost the blush as she watched him silently, seeing the blood. She waited for his response and smiled as he spoke. "Yeah, I know you do care, Kris. and you're my brother. Don't worry, alright. everything happens for a reason, but our lives are made by us, and we all make what the future will be." she smiled with a good bit of a light in her eyes. "You see, there's not much to really fear out of anything, so please don't. You know... there is a reason young children are usually scared of the dark. Do you know it?" she asked.

I give Roxas a slow nod, telling her I was listening to her every word she said. As I listened to her speak I looked down at the grass below us. My fringe fell over my amethyst eyes and I let out a small sigh leaning back slightly trying to get a little more comfortable and closing my eyes leaning back on my uninjured arm. I fell quiet as the wind pushed past us, the grass and the trees. My long hair being picked up with it I did not look up. Just speaking softly ”This... Virus. X.A.N.A. What is it exactly that it wants?” Looking to Roxas. There was still a few things I needed her to elaborate on so I could help to the best of my abilities.

"To rule it all; to escape." Roxas said and looked at him and smiled. "I'm not sure what his true goal is, and I'm not exactly sure why he wants it so." She was listening to the water's movement, a soft sound she loved deeply.

Lying back on the grass I looked up at the sky before closing my eyes. ”That’s a little cliché.” I sarcastically replied with a smirk on my face. I opened one eye and watched Roxas beside me. I could tell she was tired or at least getting that way, I was worn out also but would never let it show. ”Maybe... You should get some rest and I’ll keep watch while you do.” Even if I wanted to sleep I still had my protective instinct over Roxas so would probably end up staying up anyway. I listened to the wind pushing through the trees and closed my eyes as I did, there was nothing more calming than the sound of nature itself, other than the voice of a close friend- or sibling.
