The forces of Good and Evil have been at war for thousands of years. Some times, the war has extended into the mortal world, which causes nations to take one side or the other, and fight until the other side is completely destroyed. This time, the war is a silent one, with no nations involved. People go about their day-to-day lives, not knowing that the entire mortal world is now a battlefield. While devils and righteous demons and angels supporting both sides are never seen, they are engaged in mortal combat over which side will rule over the mortal world for as long as recorded history lasts.
You have been caught up in this eternal struggle.
