Sup my peoples. My very first performance for the Honor Guard is done and over with. Yes, I did make mistakes. Mainly, I was out of step. Anyways, Boo Yah! Me and this girl on the team were the first Freshman to Present the Colors at a Football Games this year! I am the one on the right at the beginning and the left at the end when we do a right wheel march to turn around and face the audience.
I was nervous as hell, since we didn't have very much time to practice and had problems with the team all week(we found out the teams on Tuesday and one member didnt quit out and get replaced for lack of ability to practice until Wednesday Night, so we had about an hour and a half total of time to practice. And that is very hard when it is two people's first time presenting and one person's first time commanding the team) and also because the football game(and the presentation of the colors) was aired on TV. Jumping straight into having people around the state watch made my stomache queezy.
Anyways, I wouldn't ramble on about this without giving y'all a video so You can watch and judge me on every mistake I make.
