Lita's father built Lyoko. She'd never heard of it until the day he locked her inside but we're not gonna talk about that right now. Lita grew up with her single father in an apartment not far from Kadic Academy. He was working at the abandoned factory on a government project. She'd gone to school like the other kids but was an outcast often teased and picked on for being overly sensitive she found comfort in befriending stray animals. When she turned twelve her father came into the apartment out of breath saying they needed to leave. As they ran she saw Men In Black storm their building. Arriving at the factory through the smelly sewers her father placed her in the Scanner and made a promise to her that he would see her soon.
He was a liar. She was covered in a bright light and then surrounded by darkness. She didn't know how long she was in the darkness but eventually she heard voices. They kept talking about Lyoko and shutting it down. She was still in here but her screams couldn't be heard then the voices stopped. She was alone in the darkness again until she heard a voice. It was her father asking for help. He was being held by Aelita and her warriors. Then a screen appeared and she was staring at two kids who she told she needed help.

"Daddy. Why can't I find you?" Lita had been floating in darkness for awhile and she had no idea where she was. She didn't know how long she'd been in here but it couldn't have been more than a month. Year? Time didn't mean anything here. "Lita?" Lita nearly began crying right there but her fathers next words made her freeze. "Please get help! I'm being held by Aelita and her warriors please Lita get help!" Help she needed help! A screen appeared. "What the?" A new voice said. A boy with red and black hair was looking at her. She gasped and saw another boy with blue hair walk up beside him and stare at her in disbelief. "Who are you?" The black haired boy asked. Lita broke down and explained what her dad said. "See I told you Aelita wasn't done!" The blue haired boy said getting a scowl from the black haired boy. "Alright let's help her then." Her heart skipped a beat. "I'm Zack and this is Ash." Lita smiled not hiding how greatful she was. "I'm Lita."
